Sunrise Sunday!

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope you are having a great weekend so far, plans have been postponed at our house. In my last post I talked about pulling up bricks because we were going to build a new back porch, well with 100% rain in the forecast until Wednesday we decided to hold off.

So while my Husband is at the gym I decided to share some photos of the interior of our home. The sun was coming up just enough to shine through the windows, and I could hear the birds chirping outside. So my favorite Doves, Cardinals and all my other friends made an appearance this morning as usual. But I couldn’t get them in a photo. Maybe next time.

We don’t want to really change a lot on the inside of the home, mainly just update a few things. I knew from the moment I saw the REAL pine flooring throughout this house I was in love.

Remember that this is our second home, our first home was one we had built but it was your typical subdivision home. It was nice don’t get me wrong, however something about older homes and the character that comes with them just made me realize that if we ever move again I want an older country style home.

I think we are staying put for now though, hooray to this home being the longest we’ve ever lived in! Which is a year and five months. 😳

Yes, we’ve moved a lot.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend y’all!
